ELIGIBILITY
Open to Indian residents aged 18 years or above with a valid PAN and government photo ID. Employees, contractors and immediate family of Yousta are not eligible.
CAMPAIGN STRUCTURE
Yousta Spotlight runs every quarter. Each quarter has its own fresh pool of contestants — entries do not carry over to the next quarter.
HOW TO ENTER
Submit original content as per the theme/brief announced for the quarter, through the official campaign channel and hashtag. No entry fee is required. No content to be repeated. Content to be original. This quarter’s submissions require a participant to create a short video not exceeding 30 seconds, explaining/ showing/ performing the reason as to why they deserve to be in the Spotlight. They can do this at any venue, at their most fashionable self. They need to post this video and tag @youstafashion, use the hashtag #youstaspotlight and make their handles public so the yousta team can reach out to them in case they are shortlisted for a prize.
WINNER SELECTION
The top 3 entries each quarter are shortlisted and selected at Yousta’s sole discretion, based on creativity, originality and engagement. This decision is final and binding. The winners will be announced on yousta’s Instagram handle, @youstafashion.
PRIZE MONEY
Cash prizes are awarded to the top 3 winners of each quarter, as announced for that quarter. This quarter’s prize money is Rs. 5 Lakhs as first prize, Rs. 3 Lakhs as second prize and Rs. 1 Lakh as third prize.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Prize money will be issued only via cheque or demand draft (DD). No cash, UPI, bank transfer or wallet payment will be made.
NON-TRANSFERABLE
The prize is personal to the winner and cannot be transferred, assigned or encashed by any other party. The cheque/DD will be issued only in the winner’s verified name. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days or declines the prize or fails to collect the prize within 7 days of intimation, another eligible customer will be selected.
DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
Winners must share their government ID and PAN details within 48 hours of being notified, in order to receive the prize. They will be notified either via an Instagram post on yousta’s Instagram handle (@youstafashion), or via DM.
TAX DEDUCTION
The prize amount is subject to TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) as per applicable law and will be paid net of tax. PAN is mandatory for this purpose
FORFEITURE
If a winner does not share their PAN and ID within 48 hours, the prize will be withdrawn and forfeited, and Yousta may award it to an alternate contestant.
CONTENT USAGE RIGHTS
By submitting an entry, participants grant Yousta the right to use, reproduce and share their content for marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation. Submitting an entry means posting a video/ reel and tagging @youstafashion and using the hashtag #youstaspotlight.
DISQUALIFICATION
Yousta may disqualify any entry or participant found to be plagiarised, fraudulent, offensive, or in breach of these Terms.
CHANGES TO THE CAMPAIGN
Yousta reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the campaign, or amend these Terms, at any time without prior notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Yousta shall not be liable for any loss arising from participation except as required by law. Liability in whatsoever manner is limited to Rs. 1000/-. The Participants consents to participate and abide the terms and condition of this Contest by entering the details sought in the campaign. Yousta will not be responsible if any wrong entry is made. Participation in the Campaign is voluntary. Participants are requested to be read, accustomed, satisfy, and agree to with these terms and conditions of the Campaign before participating in or perfroming any act basis this Campaign. Participants taking part in this Campaign is deemed to have understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
CONTEST DURATION
This edition of Yousta Spotlight runs from October to December 2026, with winners to be declared towards the end of January 2027.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Mumbai having exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
